Take in the dazzling holiday decorations and embark on a self-guided walking tour of delightful drinks, delicious eats and fabulous retail shopping at the Hillcrest Taste n’ Tinis!
Celebrate the season with more than 25 Hillcrest establishments. They’ll welcome tasters and toasters alike with festive faire such as an assortment of specialties from mouthwatering appetizers and entrees to decadent sweet treats. Make your mouth feel merry with a variety of flavors, including spicy Spanish food, fresh seafood, hearty Italian dishes, classic American selections, warm coffees and pastries and many more tasty treats! You are guaranteed to be singing “fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la” all throughout Fabulous Hillcrest with this year’s impressive restaurant and retail line up!
A few of the participants from last year include the following restaurants and retail shops: Baja Betty’s, Bamboo Lounge, Crest Café, Gossip Grill, Luna Grill, Urban Mo’s Bar & Grill, Mankind, Urban Outfitters, and many more! We expect these and more participants for this year!
There is no better way to conduct your holiday shopping than in the midst of the culinary merriment of Taste n’ Tinis, where you will find joy and warmth indoors by visiting participating retail shops while you shop and sip! Peppermint martinis, creamy eggnog, Candy Cane Cosmopolitans, Scroogedrivers and other tantalizing tastes will be mixed under the mistletoe, as each participating boutique will have its very own bartender creating crafty cocktails right in the store.
Be sure to spread the holiday cheer this year by taking part in the sampling and the shopping and leave the rest to us – stop by the will-call booth for a complimentary gift-wrapping workshop where your gift will get an undeniable glow! Tickets for this savory soiree are $20 in advance and $25 on the day of the event. Participants in the cocktail portion of this event must be 21 years or older and have a valid ID to enter.
